Manual ping form now working
Not many have been using the ping facility by pinging the URI : http://www.irisblogs.ie/xmlrpc.php. Wordpress users should be able to do it by going to Options > Writing (or whatever the latest equivalent is). Unfortunately Blogger doesn’t let blogs ping anything other than weblogs.com which is pretty useless. About.com have some notes on pinging .
Anyway we have added a manual ping form if you have difficulty getting your blog software to automate it. See the ping form for further details.
I’m getting an error from the manual ping - can you help please?
